Start by understanding how adults actually make career decisions - often through reflection, lived experience, and self-direction rather than a straight path. You’ll explore how modern careers are shaped, assess your own interests and strengths more deeply, and learn to recognize meaningful patterns without boxing yourself in. This module lays the groundwork for clarity by helping you connect with who you are and how you truly make choices.

Module 2: Crafting Your Career Narrative
In this module, you’ll learn how to make sense of your nonlinear journey by turning past experiences into a coherent, empowering story. Through guided reflection, you’ll identify your core values, motivations, and moments that shaped you, not to define yourself narrowly, but to find direction with clarity and intention. By the end, you’ll begin naming future possibilities that align with your identity without getting stuck in rigid roles.

Module 3: Exploring & Prototyping Possibilities
Instead of overthinking your next steps, this module helps you test them through small, low-pressure career experiments. You’ll learn to apply design thinking to your career, explore new directions through “career pilots,” and make progress without waiting for perfect certainty. By mapping out real-life scenarios and next steps, you’ll gain clarity through action - not just planning.

Module 4: Sustaining Growth & Navigating Change
In this final module, you’ll learn how to grow your career sustainably - in a way that supports your energy, focus, and multiple passions over time. You’ll explore tools for self-leadership, setting healthy boundaries, and building the adaptability needed for ongoing change. The goal is to create a rhythm and structure that lets you thrive in a career designed to evolve with you.
