I’ve spent over ten years in finance and data leadership, and today I help organisations make AI simple, practical, and valuable—especially in the world of finance.
I work with teams and leaders to design AI strategies, train people, and turn big ideas into everyday workflows. I’ve trained hundreds of professionals across sectors like energy, banking, financial services, manufacturing, and education.
I’m also the co-creator and host of AIPowerment Podcast—Estonia’s first podcast fully dedicated to AI—where I share real stories and tools that actually work. My passion is taking complex AI concepts and making them clear, so you can use them with confidence in your work.
