Biography
Hi, I’m Elisabeth. I’m an adult educator, facilitator, and learning designer who helps people and teams collaborate, learn, and grow more effectively. At Levoro, I create courses on meetings, facilitation, and designing learning and collaboration processes. I’m also the founder of Eduist, where I help teams and organizations design better collaboration processes so they can achieve more together.
My professional background is rooted in adult education, and my work focuses on creating learner-centered experiences that are practical, engaging, and meaningful. I have worked in the public and third sector, led teams and projects, facilitated workshops, seminars, and international events, and supported educators and organizations in building more thoughtful and effective ways of working together. I also teach at Tallinn University, where I lead a course on non-formal learning environments and methods.
I hold a degree in andragogy, a professional qualification as an adult educator, and facilitation training through AJ&Smart Workshopper Master and Facilitator School. In my courses, I combine facilitation, learning design, and real-world practice to make learning clear, useful, and easy to apply. My goal is to give you methods and tools you can start using right away in your own work.
