Rethinking Strengths. Reframing Weaknesses.

Leading or working with different people feels harder than it should?

This course helps you understand strengths better – including your own – and make better sense of the behaviours that often get labelled as weaknesses.

Through practical lessons, reflection prompts, and real-life examples, you’ll learn to read behaviour more accurately – in yourself and in the people you lead or work with – so differences stop feeling like problems and start becoming usable assets.

Course Curriculum

Start here: Why Fixing Weaknesses Rarely Works
Fixing weaknesses usually backfires. Behaviour is the most useful place to focus. Strengths also come with predictable trade-offs. This module gives you the basic lens we will use throughout the course.

Skepticism: The Strength Most Teams Misunderstand
Skepticism often gets labelled as negativity. The difference is expensive to miss. This module separates healthy skepticism from pessimism, shows what skepticism protects the team from, and how to use it without killing momentum.

Arguing: Courage to Move the Team Forward
Arguing is often treated as a relationship problem. In reality, good arguing improves thinking and prevents bad decisions. The line is simple: challenge the idea, not the person. Leaders shape the argument so it serves the goal.

Creativity: Originality, Possibility, and When It Loses Touch with Reality
Creativity is often admired from a distance and misunderstood up close. It brings new angles, fresh options, and ideas others would never see. It can also drift away from timing, priorities, and reality. The question is not whether creativity is useful. It is. The real question is where it creates value - and when it starts creating noise.

Perfectionism: Care, Standards, and The Hidden Cost
Perfectionism is usually not vanity. It is often care, responsibility, and high standards. The cost is time, energy, and sometimes trust. The aim here is to keep the quality without creating pressure and drag.

Takeaway – What To Do With All of This
This final module helps you use the course in real life. Not everything will click at once. Some insights may feel uncomfortable. Some patterns may be easier to see in others than in yourself. That is normal. The point is not to become perfect. The point is to start noticing, using, and adjusting more consciously. And if you want to go deeper, this is also where you can take the next step.
