Start here: Why Fixing Weaknesses Rarely Works
Fixing weaknesses usually backfires. Behaviour is the most useful place to focus. Strengths also come with predictable trade-offs. This module gives you the basic lens we will use throughout the course.

Creativity: Originality, Possibility, and When It Loses Touch with Reality
Creativity is often admired from a distance and misunderstood up close. It brings new angles, fresh options, and ideas others would never see. It can also drift away from timing, priorities, and reality. The question is not whether creativity is useful. It is. The real question is where it creates value - and when it starts creating noise.

Takeaway – What To Do With All of This
This final module helps you use the course in real life. Not everything will click at once. Some insights may feel uncomfortable. Some patterns may be easier to see in others than in yourself. That is normal. The point is not to become perfect. The point is to start noticing, using, and adjusting more consciously. And if you want to go deeper, this is also where you can take the next step.

Rethinking Strengths. Reframing Weaknesses.

We are not going to:

    • turn your weaknesses into strengths
    • push you to become someone you are not
    • teach you a new personality to perform at work

What we are going to do is something different.

We are going to reframe strengths and weaknesses.

I will show you how traits that are often seen as negative – by others or even by yourself – are often signs of real strengths.

More importantly, I will help you:

    • manage the side-effects of your strengths
    • use them consciously instead of fighting them
    • understand the strengths of others without trying to change who they are

Why Does This Matter?

Every person has unused potential. Not because they lack ability, but because their strengths are misunderstood, mismanaged, or pushed too far.

And yes, that might include you.

Taking Notes

Make sure to take as many notes as possible during this whole course.

Whenever you answer questions, or you have some ideas you don’t want to lose, highlight the text in the lesson and take a note. This will help gather your thoughts more efficiently to share with friends and colleagues later.
